1. Introduction
Welcome to Vault Apartments 6-Oaks. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our short-let apartments and services. By booking and staying with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment or a deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Cancellation policies vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid identification must be provided at check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property and other residents.
Any damage to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A penalty fee will be charged for violations.
Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.
5. Housekeeping and Maintenance
Housekeeping services are provided at scheduled intervals. Additional cleaning can be requested at an extra cost.
Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
6. Security and Liability
Vault Apartments 6-Oaks is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use provided security measures.
Guests must ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment.
The management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the length of stay and will be provided at the time of booking.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days if eligible.
8. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by management.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Vault Apartments 6-Oaks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes.
